Return & Refund Policy
Returns We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 daysof delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at lesacarder@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Open containers
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lesacarder@hotmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
